I watched a few scenes and the show was better than I remembered.
I remember liking it as a kid, but then realizing when I was older that it wasn't as good as I remembered (it is a bit slow compared to shows today) however today I have a new appreciation for Cheers. The writing is pretty good and a little bit of dry humor which I appreciate.
It is also fun to have the Boston theme.

I forgot about Coach's character which was WAY better than Woody's.

i just finished reading Tina Fey's book last night and she talks about what a good Pilot episode the first Cheers episode was (particularly compared to 30 Rock which she says had a really rough Pilot episode)!
Gotta love Cheers... I remember watching the last one.
